We regret that we are unable to deliver to PO box numbers or freight forwarding companies.

International clients; all international orders will be subject to taxes and duties in the receiver country, which is the buyer's responsibility. We WILL NOT alter the customs value for any reason. If you purchase an item and reject it at customs, we will retain an administrative and restocking charge for this item.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We're confident that you'll love your purchase from us, but we understand the importance of peace of mind when shopping online. If you decide you would like to return your item, we offer a 14-day returns period from the date of delivery, entitling you to a full refund or exchange.

To return a product, please follow these few simple steps:

Inform Chrono24 UK of your intention to return your item by contacting us at watchreturns@chrono24uk.com

We will send you a returns reference.

In your original parcel you will find instructions on how to re-pack the items or download here

Pack your box and send requested images or video to the email address used above, referencing your returns reference.

For items under £30,000 we can arrange for the collection of your parcel and a label will be provided by the UPS driver on collection. Please ensure the UPS agent scans your package into their system and provides you with a receipt as this will act as proof of insurance. Only after the package is scanned into the system is it 100% insured and for insurance to be valid, you must follow the steps exactly in the packaging instructions.

Your package will arrive next working day at The Watch Barn by Chrono24, pass through quality control and a representative will be in contact regarding your refund.

All returns must be consulted with Chrono24 UK beforehand. Items must be returned in their original "as sold" condition, including all tags and stickers being intact. As part of our returns procedure, all items must be inspected by our in-house experts (e.g. watchmakers for watches) to verify and confirm the original "as sold" condition of such items. Any deviation from the original condition which results in a value decrease of the item (e.g. scratch or missing box), will be deducted pari passu from the amount due to the client or the return will be rejected. We cannot accept the return of items that have been engraved, altered or personalised. Chrono24 UK will provide a full refund or exchange should you receive a faulty item or if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. This does not apply to faults or damage caused by neglect, accident or misuse.

Our watches all come fitted with a tamper-proof VOID label that if removed, will void the returns period. The label shows a visible change when removed, therefore this cannot be taken off and reattached as this will also void your returns period. The sticker won't affect you trying the watch on for look and feel but will be visible whilst the watch is worn. Please note we will not accept the return of a watch which has been worn and you will not receive a refund should you return a watch you have worn.

Your payment will be refunded, excluding the delivery cost, upon the safe receipt of the items, and following an inspection at the earliest possible opportunity and confirmation sent to you via email, but please allow up to 5 working days for funds to show in your account. The liability for any damage incurred during transit will remain with the sender and all items dispatched by us will be QC'd and sent fully insured.

Any customs or duty charges incurred at the time of the original order are final and will not be refunded by us.

If you require any further advice, please contact us directly on +44 (0)1279 704 150.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Please be advised that any custom or sourced order is non-refundable. Once a custom or sourced order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances. By proceeding with this order, you acknowledge and agree to our non-refundable policy. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to delivering a product that meets your specifications. For the avoidance of doubt, our sourced watches on Chrono24 carry an internal reference code beginning ATS-Wxxx or TOWxxx.
